I am a multidisciplinary industrial designer with an investigative and research driven approach. My holistic design method is nourished by a diversity of interests and backgrounds in political science, biology and architecture.
Within my creative practice I aim to question prevalent economic and cultural paradigms, while trying to embrace phenomena of accelerated technological and ecological change. I use design as an experimental tool to develop stimulating concepts and strategies that generate socio-political value. I create objects, artefacts, stories, films, processes, machines, services, professions, systems, installations and experiences that aim to stimulate, empower and trigger debate. Design is my medium to not only make ideas, but ideals accessible and discussable for a broad audience.
Since 2012 I work as an independent designer on projects ranging from design research to product development, art direction, film production and exhibition design.
After gaining some work experience at Studio Superflux in London, I am now based in Vienna working within multidisciplinary collaborations at the intersection of humans and non-humans, culture, nature and technology.
I had the pleasure to present some of my projects to the public within exhibitions in Vienna, Milan, Shanghai and New York.
